    About this index

    Where it comes from

Each council packet includes a bills list the council votes to approve. Those lists are extracted from the packet PDFs the city publishes, one row per line item. Every list reconciles to the penny against the total printed on the city's own report, so the numbers here are the city's numbers, not a recalculation.

    What is not here

The index starts with the January 23, 2023 packet. A handful of 2023 meetings have no packet posted and so have no rows here: early January 2023, March 13 2023, and April 24 2023, and possibly January 22 2024. If a payment you expect is missing, check those dates before concluding it was hidden.

Two lists disagree with themselves at the source, and the rows here match the line items rather than the printed summary. On October 9 2023 the fund totals add to $367,374.67 while the printed grand total says $367,274.67, a $100 difference. On January 13 2025 the approving motion records $770,620.46 against a list totalling $773,596.61.

    Names

Bills lists are public records and every dollar here is shown. Names are handled by role. City employees, elected officials and contractors are named, because that is public money paid for a public role. Private individuals, the people getting a water deposit back or selling the city an easement, appear by category instead of by name, and utility account numbers are stripped. A handful of line items that named someone next to a pre-employment drug screen, psychological evaluation or liquor-license background check carry a generic description instead.

None of that removes a dollar. The totals on this page are the full totals, and the original packet PDF, linked on every row, remains the official record.

    Corrections

If a row looks wrong, the linked packet is the thing to check it against, and I would rather hear about it than not: tcoudal@tcoudal.com.
